My exhibition explores two architectural genres familiar in the American landscape, the drive-in movie theater and cemeteries. The first, increasingly rare, evokes nostalgia, the second is perennial, even if unused or neglected.

This presentation includes all the images shown at the Latchis, as well as a few of the Latchis itself, a fantasy theater as extravagant as some of the structures illustrated in the exhibition, preserved by Brattleboro Arts Initiative, in partnership with the Preservation Trust of Vermont.

The best way to see the exhibition is to go to the movies at the Latchis, which has the last big screen in the area. Otherwise inquire at the Latchis Hotel desk before 6.00 pm or call (802) 254-1109.
