It's bumper to bumper traffic day and night to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame in historic Cooperstown New York. It is the game for boys played for men. Here are enchrined the legends of the game. Touring the Hall evokes the kind of hushed reverence reserved for Chartres Cathedral. One wanted to light a votive candle in the chapel of shrines to bygone players from Ty to the Babe to the Slendid Splinter. This is the ultimate feeding frenzy of memorabelia.
