Utterly sublime
Bursts of color
Fills our room
Truly divine
White to midnight
Blood red
Shades in between
How glorious
Must be marvelous
Green with envy
Glad to be a
Gladiola
Better still
A multi-hued
Bunch of them
In full bloom
No Greek ever
Carved anything
So magnificent
Nature’s masterpiece
Legerdemain
Effortless creation
More beautiful
Than you or me
What fools we
Mortals be
That said
Narcissus got
What he deserved
Not so bad after all
Morphed as a
Flower
The Gods
Had a sense
Of humor
