JOSHUA HENRY UP CLOSE

Join us as we celebrate the reopening of the Blatt Performing Arts Center and honor our extraordinary patrons Sydelle and Lee Blatt. Broadway star Joshua Henry (The Scottsboro Boys, Hamilton, Carousel) wowed our audience with his glorious voice last summer under the tent. We are thrilled that Joshua will do an encore performance as we celebrate the return of cabaret to the Blatt Center. ANDY KARL & ORFEH: LEGALLY BOUND

She has a “powerhouse voice” (The New York Times). He is “a theater world heartthrob” (The New York Times). Together, Orfeh and Andy Karl have had an impressively long run as one of Broadway’s best couples. They co-starred in Legally Blonde, which garnered Orfeh a Tony nomination. Karl earned his own Tony nods for Rocky, On the Twentieth Century and Groundhog Day (for which he received an Olivier Award). The sexy, funny and enormously talented duo will be joined by musical director Steven Jamail and their band for an unforgettable evening of chart-toppers, showstoppers and high belting. GRACE McLEAN LIVES IN CONCERT

Join us to find out why The New York Times calls Grace McLean’s singing “phenomenal.” This award-winning actor-singer-songwriter will be returning to Barrington Stage playing her acclaimed original music, accompanying herself on her very own looping machine. Grace received a 2021 Jonathan Larson Award, and her musical In the Green earned her a 2020 Richard Rodgers Award. AN EVENING WITH THE CREATORS OF COME FROM AWAY

Irene Sankoff and David Hein have earned awards and much acclaim for their work worldwide and are now bringing their music to Barrington Stage, sharing new songs, cut songs and untold stories from Come From Away and songs from their favorite composers.  The 2021 season, featuring a series of critically acclaimed indoor and outdoor productions, included Chester Bailey by Joseph Dougherty starring father and son Reed and Ephraim Birney, which won four Berkshire Theatre Awards, including Outstanding Play; Eleanor by Mark St. Germain and starring Tony Award winner Harriet Harris, who received a Berkshire Theatre Award for Outstanding Solo Performance; and the world premiere of A Crossing: A New Musical, created in association with Calpulli Mexican Dance Company, choreographed by Joshua Bergasse and Alberto Lopez and directed by Bergasse, which won eight Berkshire Theatre Awards including Outstanding Production of a Musical. The 2022 season includes revivals of Ain’t Misbehavin’, A Little Night Music and Waiting for Godot; the Pulitzer Prize-winning Anna in the Tropics; and four world premieres: Andy Warhol in Iran, ABCD, All of Me and the musical The Supadupa Kid, based on the novel by Ty Allan Jackson.
