Roaring fire
Shots of Southern Comfort
Anything to kill the chill
Deep in your bones
Walks to the ominous beach
Deserted of bathers
Playing canasta and monopoly
Simple Saturday suppers
Franks with cans of beans
Brown bread
Grilled with butter
Lots of ketchup and mustard
Beds with clammy sheets
Shiver till you sleep
Now and then
Mom's favorite
A lovely boiled dinner
Corned beef
Cabbage and potatoes
All in one pot
Her best cooking
So sad to say
Today we had it for lunch
Served in every bar in America
Irish or not
Remembering me mum
On Paddy's Day
